ENERGY IMPROVEMENT AND MANAGEMENT IN ASSEMBLY CHAIN MANUFACTURING USING DRIVE CRCUIT

Abstract

In the modern world, with the rapid growth in power demand it is necessary to control the usage
of power and to have safe environment. This paper presents the easy power management and control of
machines in industry by using electrical and power electronics techniques. The industry is automated and
data logging is also achieved. In the motor chain manufacturing industry many process were held so the
power demand is high. It is controlled by using transformer for high loads and Variable Frequency drive or
Motor Efficiency Controller is used for variable loading motor. By implementing this technique more energy
consumption is reduced, power factor of the system is balanced. Reduction in cost is also held. All this
process of automation and control is held with the help of PLC and data logging is achieved for the system.
But the data logging is done during the fault condition. So it is most beneficial because of reduced usage of
memory and easily notable. So the performance of the system increases rapidly and efficiency is also high.
