The presence scenario structure of grid accommodates complex network which increases
instability. At the same time, a small scale generating units using renewable energy sources is rapidly
increasing. The impact of development in new technologies like microgrid and distributed generation has
been analysed in this paper. This study also investigates the performance analyses of distributed generation
when it is connected to different loads. the simulation was done in MATLAB/Simulink Sim power system
software.
