ONLINE DATA PREPROCESSING: A CASE STUDY APPROACH
Abstract
The rapid growth of data-driven applications demands a unified platform that efficiently manages data preparation tasks for analysts, researchers, and organizations. This paper presents an Online Data Preprocessing System, a centralized platform designed to integrate data cleaning, transformation, normalization, feature selection, and missing value handling into a single cohesive workflow. The system leverages modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning techniques to automate preprocessing steps, improve data quality, and provide real-time insights. The platform is accessible via web interfaces, ensuring usability across diverse domains and datasets. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that the system significantly reduces preprocessing time, enhances data accuracy, and supports better analytical outcomes. This study highlights the transformative potential of intelligent preprocessing platforms in modern data analysis.
