Abstract

Climate changes because of the greenhouse effect have been authenticated. now a day’s irrigation process is very difficult for the farmers because it takes more time and more water for the irrigation. To overcome the water and time problem sensor based automatic irrigation process can be undertaken. Stability meter is used to measure the soil strength.The main objective is to reduce human work in agriculture by reducing the time needed to monitor and water the crops as per requirement. This paper easy to use Arduino based automatic irrigation system that utilizes the android smart phone for remote control
