THE INHIBITION EFFECT OF SOLANUM TRILOBATUM ON MILD STEEL CORROSION IN 1N HYDROCHOLORIC ACID MEDIUM
Abstract
In this present investigation the corrosion of mild steel in 1n Hydrochloric acid in the absence and presence of Solanum trilobatum as corrosion inhibitors at 303K, 313K, 323K, and 333K has been studied by weight loss method. It is aimed to predict the corrosion rate, inhibition efficiency and surface coverage of the Solanum trilobatum, water extract as inhibitors for the corrosion of mild steel in phosphoric acid solution.
