An Energy efficient hierarchical Service Level Agreement Resource Management Technique for cloud datacenter with Power consumption
Abstract
Cloud computing data centers are increasingly popular for providing computing resources. The data centers that are used as back end computing infrastructure for cloud computing. A hierarchical, service level agreement (SLA) based resource management mechanism is used for that cloud datacenter , This algorithm considers the servers, peak power constraints, and cooling power consumption. The resource management algorithm is used to reduce the operational cost of datacentre. The proposed resource management solution considers server and cooling power consumption, guarantee-based SLA and complexity of the decision making in the resource management of the cloud computing systems. The proposed resource management algorithms reduce the operational cost of a datacenter by about 40 percent when satisfying SLA constraints and decrease the run-time of the management by up to 86 percent with respect to the start state of the centralized management solution.
