This paper present a study in construction industry to analysis the number of fatal and non fatal accidents occur in the construction site during the stages of pre tendering, planning and execution stage. The aim of this research is to find the r elevant elements of safety limits. This study was too carried out by conducting the safety audit and studies the impact of the audit by questionnaire survey. The result of the study is to rank them according to their criticality. The aim of the paper is to suggest corrective and improvement measures for most reduction of accidents.
