The main objective of the project is to
implement a better system for putting out or prevent at the early stage of fire
occurrence in forests. Here we have used a camera which continuously captures
images of the forest and sends it to the computer. At the computer the image
processing techniques are carried out. And if the received pixel from the
camera doesn’t match the respective criteria, then the computer will give a
signal to the Arduino. The Arduino on receiving the signal from the computer,
it will switch on the motor/pump that sprinkles water or powder. The each and
every action going on can be viewed via the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is connected
through the Ethernet shield.
