MECHANISED PROCESS FOR INSIDE ROOT GRINDING IN SEPARATOR VESSEL

Abstract

In traditional approach separator vessel in combined by individual parts. In which the separator vessel is material grade of P91. In this separator vessel the combined section is done by the manual welding & submerged arc welding.  But the inside root grinding is difficult to remove inside penetration in this approach and over time taken by manual approach. In the time of rotating the grinding wheel remove the inside penetration when separator vessel constant. So, overcome the time wastage in traditional approach we implement grinding machine in separated vessel. In this method separator vessel is rotating part and the grinding machine is constant. By this inside penetration is removed quickly and time consumption is reduced in this approach. And the work load is completely reduced when compare to the tradit ional approach.
