Internet of Things is an advanced technique which is having numerous smart devices connected to the internet to communicate the information to each other. Now- a-days IoTs used in many fields which make our life better and easier. Patient Monitoring System(PMS) used in Primary Health Centre(PHC) that analyze the numerous Biomedical Parameters like Temperature, Heart beat and Blood pressure etc which are used to evaluate the health condition of the patients communicating the collected information to the Physician. Providing necessary treatment is one of the most challenging tasks in the IoTs. By using IoT devices, patients biomedical parameters is continuously monitor by the health care workers in PHC. In case of any important change occur in the parameters only first aid provided by physician in the PHC. For effective care PMS using IoT devices transferring all necessary information about the patient to the District Head Quarters Hospitals. The physician at District Head Quarters Hospital monitor, discusses and evaluates about the patient’s health condition and provides necessary treatment also. If needed, they give suggestions to transfer the patient from PHC to District Head Quarters Hospital. In the proposed system, the simulated output reveals the effectiveness of the system.
