This paper presents about mitigating of voltage sag  using Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) integrating with Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel cell.  When the sudden changes in the system voltage occurs, DVR works as a compensation device to protect the system. During voltage sag the amount of compensating voltage is injected by DVR through inj ection transformer. The simulation results obtained using MATLAB are analyzed to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
