People using smart phones have increased rapidly and hence, a smart phone can be used efficiently for personal security or various other protection purposes. The project presents people security through an Android Application PERISCUE and the app can be activated by a pressing the volume button in mobile, whenever need arises. System uses the Global Positioning System (GPS) technology to find out the location of a person. The information of a person’s position provided by the SMS which comprises of the danger notification and location URL to the registered contacts. The URL directs to the Google map.
