The utility model discloses a preheating pressure roller for a non-woven fabric lapping machine. The utility model is mainly characterized in that a rubber layer is coated on the surface of a lower support roller of the pre-pressing roller, as the lower support roller of the preheating pressing roller is changed to a flexible roller from a rigid roller. When the upper pressing roller on the fibre net by the weight there of, the flexibility of the lower support roller enables the upper roller and the lower roller to keep close cooperation. Such that the gap between the two roller is eliminated and no events such as net returning and web breaking occur.  In this project we have tried to minimize a material damage by using preheating pressure roller. The aim of is to reduce the damage and increasing the production and reducing the labour work. Nichrome (Nickel & Chrome) is the material to using in the preheater. The major reason why nichrome wire is used in various electrical appliances is because of its high heating property as compared to other good conductors. Basically here nichrome coil is a heating element or a material that allows the electricity to pass through it and offers certain resistance that produces the heat.
