In this paper we propose a user friendly, reliable smart parking system detecting, finding and reserving the parking location for consumer’s vehicle. Even if known; many vehicles may pursue limited parking spaces, searching of parking slots which cause serious traffic congestion. This paper aims to solve the problem of unnecessary time consumption in finding a parking spot in commercial car parking areas. A parking reservation is developed in such a way that users book their parking slots by sending message using GSM module.
