Interactive voice response systems have used pre-recorded voice prompts and menus to present information and touch-tone telephone keypad entry to gather responses. IVR systems are voice menu systems that can direct the users to the menu points they need. It receives the user’s responses given by their touch-tone telephone keypad entry through DTMF signal. Whenever user wants to communicate, they need to call the mobile which is already interfaced with DTMF decoder and voice IC. User keeps the mobile in auto-answer mode, which automatically lifts the call and user is able to listen voice instructions also. Autoresponder message passing can responding the information through the system to android mobile for updating the students details from the institution to parents by the raspbx connection. Student informative system can be used to maintain the easy to updating student details from college to parents mobile. Student’s details can be stored to autorespond and managing the information be more accurate.  This process can applicable for getting voice to data message passing information about student’s details on the educational institution.
