VIBRATION ANALYSIS OF BEARING BY USING MECHANICAL STETHOSCOPE

Abstract

With the development of modern manufacturing technology, flexible manufacturing systems have become key equipment in factory automation. Machine components and tools are heart of the flexible manufacturing systems. Lathe, milling and grinding machines are the general type of machine tools related with bearing, pulley etc...Used by almost all the fmss. During the operation of these machines, different kinds of failures are faced by the industry, due to friction, couldn't identify the lifetime of replaceable components in machineries. If components like bearing, pulley or other relevant materials are damaged, the whole production systems are collapsed and facing problems in dealers.  A systematic study of such failures can help in identifying the vibration mode in machine to replace the damaged components and to detect the problem by using frequency monitoring chart.  this paper involves to detect the failure components in machineries and analyse the vibration -frequency converter mechanical stethoscope are used. Mechanical stethoscope will be useful for identifying the condition of vibrations and monitoring the machine components and tools.
