HIGH LEVEL OPTIMIZATION OF POWER DENSITY INVERTER USING ZVS
Abstract
According to ZVS, there are no switching losses. The soft switching is done via. ZVS and the switching losses are reduced. The ZVS inverter is return to faster switching frequency and voltage drop. The LCL filter is used to filter the harmonics and the ripple in the AC. The load and source side harmonics are reduced by the both inductor and the capacitor reduces the ripple of the voltage. The load is a sewage motor. The motoring action is detected by a proximity sensor. The sensor calculates the speed of the motor load and gives the signal to the PIC micro controller. The micro controller is used to control the performance of the inverter by the opto coupler and MOSFET driver circuit. According to the input gate signal the MOSFET of the inverter operates. The LCD display is used to display the speed range of the motor load.
