The aerodynamic bike that resistive force is dominated by aerodynamics. The flow acts as vital role on the aerodynamic bike, that flow moves on the aerodynamic bike in which the flow moves according to the shape (invers boat shape), it produces high thrust with less drag force on it. It has been found by the CATIA software by the result the aerodynamic shape has been made. With the shape the material that has been used in the proper prototype are, wheel configuration and sprocket, battery, motor, PAS, Brake system, Ignition and controllers to control every part. The result has been shown that this vechical can run for longer distance up to 20 kms on the full charge with help of 48v battery with aerodynamic force.
