SPEED CONTROL OF DC MOTOR USING TEMPERATURE AND VIBRATION VARIATION USING LABVIEW AND RECONFIGUABLE NI C-RIO
Abstract
These devices must encounter certain criteria Viz., Performance, Benchmark, Fail proof, User Interface and Reconfigurable. Currently, IoT is also enabled to monitor the devices[6]. Firstly, the Performance of the device is difficult to benchmark under power consumption of the system and the environment. These difficulties can be overcome by fine tuning the devices. So, the User interface needs to be understandable for the person who will fine tune the device. Secondly, Fail Proof is a unavoidable criteria but, these consequences by monitoring the Fail conditions and certain steps can be taken to minimize the fail proof. Consequently, the device should adapt to any reform and upgradation. Only trouble is that both hardware and software should support for re-configurability and upgradability. So, the hardware should be industry standard manufactured which will be well documented with product company support. The reconfigurable hardware is most preferable and also support for benchmark. NI-cRIO which constitute Zynq (soc) contribute all these measures[10]. Therefore, we have chosen cRIO (compact-RIO) as a processing unit. Likewise, LabVIEW is our designated software. It is a graphical programming software, easy to reconfigure and monitor. It is also trouble-free to benchmark and to interface with web, IoT is delegate.
