All the communication media has the high-risk rate of the data losses i.e., the data can be misused of any purpose the data protection must be given in order to prevent the data losses from the third party or the unknown user. The security produced by the two factor authentication key exchange deals with two-step sign-in process to prevent the data from the third party users for making the data to be stored in a secure manner it requires the user password with his key to open his document but this system encounter the problem of brute force attack for opening the document. The new modification on it, the multifactor with session based authentication for secure communication, it uses more than two factors for accessing the document.  Moreover accessing usage provides the security as the session uses the password for the limited time will change after the session is expired. This improves the security of the document that is been stored in the storage place such as cloud, drives etc.
