The utilization of industrial and agricultural waste becomes mandatory in recent days due to developing population, which is now a great challenge to the society, because of the economical and environmentalimbalance due to it.  This project “Experimental study on bricks using egg shell powder, fly ash and hydrated lime” utilizes the egg shell, which is obtained as waste product (rich in calcium) for brick manufacturing with a combination ofFly ash and Hydrated lime, various combination of these three ingredients and the compressive strengths are recovered out in various phases with various proportions.  From the experimental analysis, the compressive strength of the bricks made using the combination of egg shell powder, hydrated lime and fly ash gave better results than the combination of egg shell with hydrated lime and fly ash with hydrated lime. The estimation of the cost for the maximum strength combination was made and the cost for the same is less than the nominal brick.
