Manufacturing industries from large scale to small scale uses drilling machine in their mass production. Considering small scale industries drilling machine need to be less cost and locomotive. Sensitive drilling machine is mostly used for machine small holes, which may be even considered as micro drills. Also drilling machine has various attachments for boring, countersinking and also milling. The drilling machine are robust in construction and also of high cost which become difficult for small scale industries to install such features. In sensitive drilling machine the common mounting types are bench and floor type. So we make it more compact.Our project focus on bring a new fabricated sensitive drilling machine which may be titled as portable drilling machine. The drilling operation is performed in various environment as the whole drilling machine setup is more compact than conventional bench mounted drilling machine. The installation of magnetic base fixture carries the component setup to make it portable.Also other ideas we introduce in this causes the conventional sensitive drilling machine
