Abstract

Bale is checked when it comes with the help of proximity sensor the metal is checked and removed without the need of human. This increases the automation in paper mills were human need for the removal of wire from bale is much reduced . When the weight of the bale system is measured then with help of PLC/DCS the data is send and viewed with the help of display then weight is compared with initial weight and given to the proceeding.
