The purpose of the castellated beams of cold formed steel rapidly getting appeal because of increased depth of section with none additional weight, high strength to weight ratio, their low maintenance and painting cost. The advantage of castellated beam with sinusoidal opening is increase in vertical bending stiffness, easy service provision and an aesthetical appearance. This paper states that cold formed steel castellated beam with sinusoidal opening is disbursed because of the increased area smooth stress distribution due to the curved edges when put next to hexagonal and cellular openings. Finite element analysis is disbursed by Abaqus software for the Castellated beam with sinusoidal opening with and without stiffeners is proceed.
