FEASIBILITY STUDY OF PARTIAL REPLACEMENT OF FINE AGGREGATE BY ECOSAND IN CONCRETE

Abstract

The target of this paper is to examine the incomplete substitution of fine aggregate by Ecosand regarding cost, accessibility and physical properties. Normal sand was in and around the stream bed assumes the natural job. Utilization of Natural sand was high because of the over utilization of concrete. This examination primarily manages use of elective materials, Ecosand and M-sand as an incomplete swap for stream river sand. Ecosand is the result acquired from the cement manufacturing process. Ecosand has high miniaturized scale filling property that diminishes the penetrability of concrete. M-sand is acquired from smashing procedure of rock stones at required grading. M20 grade of concrete is taken for study. Stream sand is halfway supplanted with Ecosand and M-sand independently on two unique analyses, at an extent extending from 10% to 100%. Results were contrasted with conventional. The ideal rate landed for Ecosand is 20% and for M-sand is 60%.
