IOT GAMING TECHNOLOGY USING POWER GENERATION

Abstract

This research presents an invention prototype of Internet of Things (IoT) Gaming system that improvises the existing ways of playing games and generates electricity. Usual playing with mobile games is just to spend times and enjoy games where a return benefit of playing the games is 0%. Thus, a proposed new prototype system is designed to generate electricity while playing games by referring to the scores obtained by the users. The developed system comprised of hardware and system designed using Arduino, PHP programming that links through smart phones and web server. The server acted for data collection that sent the current user's score to a system and converts it into electricity by embedded motors to calculate electricity to the controller. An IOT Games system is designed that transfer scores data of the game played by users from smart phones to a server. Data is collected to the clouds on Fusionex Giant platform. Unity 3D game engine is built that allows users to select and play games online. Arduino converted the data into pulse width modulation (PWM) and sent it through the PWM pin to the DC motor to generate electric. Successfully the system can generate 4.4 and 5 DC Volts to a capacitor. The time and generated volts are presented on web pages and monitor on a mobile system. The system has benefited where users are mobility managed while generated electricity while playing games on their smart phones. This project is significant in creating energy while playing games that relevant to the Fourth Industrial Revolution on how people save energy while live and working.
