Terrorists move unconsciously across our boundaries. Our soldiers cannot watch the borders every single moment. The ability to automatically detect terrorist at borders is an essential requirement in defense. In this paper we propose a system that detects terrorists using an sensor and captures terrorist videos using a FLIR camera and sends alerts to their respective administrator. This technology helps security personnel to identify the terrorist effectively.
