A STUDY OF STARTUP ECOSYSTEM IN MESO, MICRO AND MACRO LEVELS IN INDIA
Abstract
— Startups play a key role in society and economic development. This study explores the concept
of the "start-up ecosystem" and attempts to provide a comprehensive understanding of the startup ecosystem.
The existing literature review was used to investigate the concept, the life cycle perspective of start-ups and
the key factors of the start-up ecosystem in general and with specific reference to Oman. The results of the
literature review show that entrepreneurship theories classify the business environment of start-up
companies at the meso, micro and macro levels. In addition, the new business and its requirements can be
seen and understood using the 6M framework (Market, Money, Management, Mass, Micro and Macro)..
India's startup ecosystem has access to funding, some skilled labor and still lacks the necessary infra
structure .Opportunities abound, but India has yet to enter the Internet economy. If Indian startups have
turned "business" into a highly profitable career outside the traditional business circle, the political journey
to startup and massive success must be improved by combining simplicity and efficient execution with
results based on continuous improvement.
