In the Indian textile sector, human resource practices are characterized by their novelty, adaptability, and ambiguity. The success of textile companies is significantly influenced by effective human resources planning, which is essential for achieving both short- and long-term objectives. Employee welfare initiatives play a majorpart in enhancing retention rates and maintaining a positive organizational reputation. The findings of this research are expected to benefit both textile garment employees and employers by improving organizational efficiency and ensuring long-term sustainability. Additionally, the study will empower employees to actively participate in efforts to enhance the organization. This research is based on data collected from 125 conveniently selected respondents employed in various garment industries in a specific city in Tamil Nadu. Primary data was gathered through questionnaires and personal interviews with the respondents, and the analysis employed univariate, bivariate, and multivariate techniques.
