This paper presents the development of a Job Board Web Application designed to connect job seekers with employers through an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The platform facilitates job posting, searching, and application submission while incorporating essential features such as resume uploads, employer dashboards, and automated notifications. The system is designed with a responsive UI/UXI.
